| Delivery Each order will be confirmed by email. An order submitted by 2 pm Atlantic Time usually ships within two regular business days of order receipt. If your order contains more than one item, you can request to ship each item as soon as it is ready to leave our store or to ship the order only when all of the items in the order are available. Please keep in mind that the request of immediate delivery may be more expensive due to additional shipping charges for each shipment. Your credit card is not charged until the day the item is shipped.
We will advise you of your actual shipping costs upon request. All items are shipped via Canada Post Ground. If you prefer a different form of delivery, please email us with details. All shipments come with basic $100.00 coverage, if this does not cover your purchase additional insurance coverage will be added.
The number of days required for delivery (including order processing and fulfillment) are 3-9 business days within Canada and 10-14 business days to the United States. These estimated shipping days are based on the number of regular business days it would normally take, but it is not a guarantee. Please note that business days usually exclude weekends and national holidays.

If you require your order to be mailed to an International Address (outside Canada and U.S.), we will contact you by email and advise you of the shipping costs and anticipated delivery time.
Maps and More is not able to influence the delivery practices of Canada Post. Once the item has left the store, we take no responsibility for mailing delays or lost and stolen items, or for items damaged during transport. However, in the event your order is not received in the estimated delivery time, we will make all necessary efforts to locate your shipment. Reimbursement for lost or damaged products will be filed with Canada Post and based on your insurance coverage amount.
Delivery of oversized items or those exceeding 20 kg (44 lbs), incur additional delivery charges. In these instances, we will contact you and advise you of the shipping costs and anticipated delivery time.

Returns
To return an item for an exchange or refund, send it to maps & more within 30
days from the shipment date, in purchasing condition, with your receipt. CDs/DVDs/Videos
must be in their plastic wrap.

Returns are generally processed in 2-3 business days from the time we receive
it. We will credit you in the same method that you used for payment. Please allow
an additional 2-5 days for your credit card provider to apply the refund to your
credit card. Please note that we credit for the item only, not for the shipping
costs. However, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are
returning an item because of an error on our part.
Gift Certificate purchases are final, they are not returnable and are non-refundable.
Sorry, at this time Gift Certificates can only be accepted as an in-store form
of payment.
Items reduced in price are final sales and can not be returned. Globes can only
be exchanged. Please understand that we do not refund or exchange either original
antique maps or antique map reproductions.
If you order an item at maps & more as a gift, the recipient can return or exchange
it at the maps & more store, with the official sales receipt, within 30 days
from the shipment date. The item can also be shipped back with a request for
a new item.
