How to order online
Once you have selected a product that you would like to purchase,
click on 'Order' to move your item into the shopping
basket. You can continue shopping and add more items
to your basket. To review the items and quantities
you would like to order or to finish shopping, click
on basket or order form.
If you wish to change anything on the shopping basket page, click on the green
tick to update the quantity or click the red cross to remove items from the list.
To checkout, click ‘Go forward to Order Form’. Please enter the requested information
(marked fields are required). Please confirm our Terms of Use and Conditions.
To complete your order click ‘Continue Order’.
Check your Order Details, delivery and credit card billing address. Click 'Submit
order' and your order is complete.
How to return an item
To return an item for an exchange or refund, send it to Maps & More within 30 days from the shipment date, in purchasing condition, with your receipt. CDs/DVDs/Videos must be in their plastic wrap.

Returns are generally processed in 2-3 business days from the time we receive it. We will credit you in the same method that you used for payment.
Please allow an additional 2-5 days for your credit card provider to apply the refund to your credit card.
Please note that we credit for the item only, not for the shipping costs. However, we will gladly refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part.
Gift Certificate purchases are final, they are not returnable and are non-refundable. Sorry, at this time Gift Certificates can only be accepted as an in-store form of payment.
Items reduced in price are final sales and can not be returned. Globes can only be exchanged. Please understand that we do not refund or exchange either original antique maps or antique map reproductions.
If you order an item at Maps & More as a gift, the recipient can return or exchange it at the Maps & More store, with the official sales receipt, within 30 days from the shipment date. The item can also be shipped back with a request for a new item.

About Pricing
All of our advertised prices are in Canadian dollars. They do not include shipping and handling charges, GST or HST, unless otherwise stated.
All items online have the same price as in-store. We do our best to keep the website updated. However, we reserve the right to adjust prices at any time.
Tax Information
Tax is applied to the total amount of the order purchased at Maps & More.
The exact sales tax is based on the local tax rates and will be listed on your
receipt. Harmonised (federal and provincial) Sales Tax (HST) of 15% will be
added on maps, globes, ducks/decoys, DVD/VHS, postcards and travel accessories,
Goods & Services Tax (GST) of 5% applies to books, travel guides and reference
atlases.
Gift Certificates are not subject to sales tax.
No tax is applicable for across border delivery. However, these shipments may become subject to taxes and duty, depending on each country’s personal exemption limit. Any such duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer once the package reaches the destination and cannot be determined in advance. We recommend that questions be directed to local customs offices for details on how these charges are assessed and applied.

My Payment Options
Paying by Credit Card
Mapsandmore.ca accepts MasterCard, Visa and American Express. On the Payment page, select the card type you want to use and then enter your card number and expiration date. Your credit card is not charged until the day the item is shipped.
Sorry, Personal Cheques and Money Orders are not accepted as a form of payment. Gift Certificates must be used in-store.
Paying by Phone or Email
If you do not wish to order online, we are pleased to serve you by phone or by email.
As soon as we receive your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email. You
can complete your payment by calling 1-902-422-7106, Monday–Sunday
10:00 am to 9:00 pm Atlantic Time.
Please call as soon as possible – we will not begin fulfilling your order until we have your payment information. Your order will be automatically cancelled if we do not receive payment information within 7 days.
Storing Your Billing Information
We will not save any of your credit card data or your billing address. We also do not exchange, rent, or sell your data to any company, organization, government agency, or individual.

We use this technology to prevent your information from being viewable as it is transmitted over the Internet. The encrypted data goes to a secure site where your information is stored on restricted-access computers at restricted access sites. Only Maps & More staff has access to this data.
