Laminating & Dry Mounting
Get your map ready for display!
Laminating and dry mounting is an excellent treatment to enhance and protect
your map. We provide you with two choices of mounting materials (soft cardboard
or hard gator board) as well as three different choices of laminating materials
(glossy, lustre and matte), available in 1.7mm and 3mm thicknesses.
As finishing accessories we offer banner hangers (96”), plastic stick-on
hangers and Velcro dots.
How to order:
If you want us to laminate or dry mount your map, simply send us an email with
the name and product number of the item you would like to purchase. The cost
of the lamination or dry mounting will be added to the total of your purchase.
Please allow us 2 business days to complete your order.
Delivery:
If you want us to ship a dry mounted map, please be aware that the delivery
of an oversized item incurs additional delivery charges. In these instances,
we will contact you and advise you of the shipping costs and anticipated
delivery time.

Laminating:
Protect your map by laminating!
The two-sided gloss laminate allows you to use stickers or dry-erase markers
to indicate places of interests. With a 3mm laminate you can roll your map,
with a 1.7mm laminate you can even fold it after laminating. Choose gloss,
lustre or matte laminate (all with UV protection).

Dry Mounting
High-quality permanent mounting!
Your map will be glued to a mounting board. The mounting board is a 3/16” foam
board that comes in a soft or hard version. Choose black or white color. Use
pins or stickers to mark your favorite locations.

Plaque Mounting
Plaque mounts are an economical alternative to conventional picture framing.
Your map will be mounted on a wooden board and finished with a matte laminate
for protection. Bevelled edges with a large collection of colors to choose
from give your map a comtemporary look, suitable to any decor!
